greatly improving your M3's power, throttle response, under bonnet
appearance and engine note.

What sets our airbox apart from many other similar items on the market
is that it is an exact replica of the Genuine BMW CSL airbox…BMW spent
tens of thousands of Euros developing this item, so it would be arrogant
of us tuners to claim to have improved it !
It is important to note that we have also replicated the INSIDE of the
BMW airbox too, (funnels, spacing, air separator rods etc) as THIS is
what makes the difference.
Like the genuine BMW CSL, this airbox eliminates the restrictive M3 OEM
mass Air Meter and runs on a modified Alpha N type software. However we
also offer a version for those that prefer to keep the Mass Air Meter
and use an air external filter.

M5 VT550 Supercharger System (108-62)
The ESS E39 M5 5.5PSI supercharger system delivers
unparalleled acceleration and everyday driveability matched with the
reliability customers have come to expect from ESS. Countless hours of
development and testing have resulted in a supercharger system that
produces 570 horsepower and 640NM of torque with the smoothness and
drivability of a stock car. Component quality matches or exceeds BMW OEM
specification throughout the kit.
The system is based upon Vortech's efficient and reliable gear driven
and self contained V3 supercharger, featuring helical cut gears for
quiet operation. The redesigned ESS MSS52 engine control software is
perfectly calibrated for the supercharged engine providing optimum
ignition timing under all conditions, recalibrated EGas for quicker
throttle response, recalibrated VANOS control and perfectly optimized
fuel delivery supplied by 8 larger Bosch injection valves ensures that
the engine is operating ideally under all conditions.
The system maintains all OBD-II functions, and it is backed by a
comprehensive 2 year, unlimited mileage warranty. The system installs in
8-10 hours using normal hand tools and no irreversible modifications to
the car is necessary.

BMW 135/335/535
Much has been said about
the new BMW 335i and its ability to reach the 400HP mark with a few
software tweaks. The reality of the matter is that BMW installed a pair
of very diminutive Mitsubishi TD03 turbos on the car as their goal was
to minimize turbo lag, and give the car that extra 40HP over the
standard 330i whilst improving the torque that is notoriously missing in
an inline 6 engine architecture.
In practical terms, if you are trying to increase the power of the N54
motor past the 380HP mark, your stock turbos are simply not up to the
job, and pushing them beyond that threshold will result inevitably in
turbocharger failure.
Switching to a larger turbo is not an easy task, as the room inside the
engine compartment is quite small, off-the shelf turbo units use flanges
that are incompatible with the BMW setup, water and oil fittings are
proprietary, and, to top it all, BMW uses a wastegate setup that is the
opposite of the norm.

Designed specifically for the 2007+ BMW N54 twin turbo engine, the Juice Box Performance Tuner provides a safe and effective remap of the factory ECU tuning. Since its release in August of 2007 JB has quickly become the gold standard for N54 tuning due to its perfect blend of performance, reliability, smooth power delivery, and value
With the exception of gobs of extra power, factory drivability and refinement are preserved. The key is its unique passive design which allows the JB to work in conjunction with the factory ECU. Factory fuel economy is preserved when not racing, and the JB is one of the few N54 tuners that does not cause annoying check engine lights or limp mode conditions.
Installation takes approximately 20 minutes using basic hand tools and is completely plug and play with no cutting of wires.
The JB is not traceable through the factory ECU/DME (Including the new 29.2 and later ECU software and MSD81 ECU designed to detect tuners) and can be quickly removed leaving no sign of modification. Installation is very discrete allowing most customers to leave the unit installed for basic service.
Most importantly, the JB delivers. This is how the car should have come from the factory. The additional horsepower and torque profoundly transforms the BMW twin turbo from a mild sports sedan to a true sports car. Power is instant and pushes you deep in to your seat. Turbo whine at high rpm is slightly more pronounced making for a thrilling driving experience.
Stage 1 adds up to 25 horsepower and 35 torque to the wheels (30hp / 40tq crank), Stage 2 adds up to 50 horsepower and 60 torque to the wheels (60hp / 75tq crank), and Stage 3 adds up to 80 horsepower and 80 torque to the wheels (100hp / 100tq crank). For the air-suspension chassis frames of the above vehicles, we offer a black-box auxiliary electronic unit. No mechanical intervention is necessary. The electronic control systems, such as:
- standard chassis frame adjustment by means of a switch or operator menu
- electronic shop diagnosis
- traction and stability systems are not influenced.
After installation fine tuning by +/- 20mm independent of the axle is possible with a screw driver, same as for chassis with adjustable suspension. To preserve the standard suspension behaviour, a speed-related reduction of the lowering is realized. The installation takes approx. one hour, and can be compared with the installation of a car radio.
The lowering kit consists of an electronic auxiliary box with installation guide and TÜV component certificate. Also included in the scope of supply is a plug to restore the standard condition within 5 minutes. The development is patented. The three-year warranty does not include a kilometre limit.

RPi Ram Air Intake
Adds up to 15 bhp.
Your e60 M5's main source of air is a 3.25" opening behind the front centre grill. The problem is that the openings are sideways. Head on airflow will find its way to the radiator and oil cooler while the engine tries to pull in its share of air that is passing by. Our ram air scoops capture and channels air directly into the factory intake ducting. This encourages pressurization of the intake boxes with cool and dense air. Our complete system has a proven advantage in that the source of air is completely from the outside. Induction type systems suffer from extreme under hood temperatures which results in a loss of power. Heat shielding around induction filters are only good for blocking radiant heat but does not seal the intake filters off from under hood heat.
CA also includes in the price of this kit the RPI Air block off plates (normally only sold separately) which when used in conjunction with this ram kit partially block off the bottom secondary hole of the intake box. This allows for quicker pressurization of the intake system. Dyno tests have shown an extra 4-6bhp gain in the midrange when using these plates.
