The S54 kit includes a cover plate, 2 gears, and hardware

This kit allows you to fully adjust cam timing and dial in your cams for optimum performance.

The S54 cover plate is also available as a seperate part 

PLEASE NOTE : This kit is intended for those running with after market cams and standalone ECU's that don't need a cam sensor (batch firing). However for those running sequential ignition and cam control (like Motec or the OEM ECU) and / or retaining the OEM cams then you also require Vanos trigger ring sensors
