The properties of driving-dynamics depend significantly on the quality of the dampers. In order to come up with sports road performance, Eibach engineers developed the Pro-Damper.

The combination of Pro-Kit or Sport line springs with optimal standard dampers is a technically good solution, but only the combination of these spring systems with the Pro-Damper puts the finishing touch to the sports suspension for an ultimate sport ride and control.

Based on extensive and costly simulations and driving tests of these dampers, the internal components are optimally tuned to the Pro-Kit and Sport line spring ranges.

The Eibach Pro-Kit is a set of sports suspension springs that can be used in conjunction with O.E.M. or aftermarket sport shocks, such as the Eibach Pro-Damper. You will sense the sporty road-performance of your vehicle when changing directions and when pulling through curves at high speeds while not sacrificing ride comfort.

Based on motor sport developments and a myriad of test series in our own Suspension Development Centre, the Pro-Kit features a balanced relationship between sporty looks, more safety and added performance while offering increased driving pleasure at the same time.

Pro-Kit springs lower the car from between 25 mm to 40mm depending on exact application.
Progressively firmer spring characteristic with increased spring compression.

H&R height adjustable coil-overs are the direct result of H&R’s involvement in professional motorsport’s commitment to precision-crafted quality that you can realise in your own car. Featuring monotube shock absorbers and application-specific high tension coil springs, H&R height adjustable coil overs deilver a lowered ride height and unparalleled control, yet retain the ride comfort you are accustomed to.

H&R Coil Overs feature exclusive dynamic damper technology and a fully threaded shock body—not an imitation sleeve-over.

H and R offer five options of coilover kit :

MONOTUBE
Their most popular road / occasional track use coilover range.
Each custom valved shock is tuned with a precision-engineered progressive rate spring to create a finely tuned suspension system. The fully threaded shock body allows for adjustable vehicle lowering—to where you want. This feature helps balance vehicle weight, resulting in a lower center of gravity and improved performance and control.

MONOTUBE ALUMINIUM
This range has all the features of the above standard monotube range but incorporating aluminum front struts that significantly reduce unsprung weight. Weight is reduced 30-40% over stock struts. Reduced unsprung weight improves suspension articulation, resulting in optimized performance and superb ride comfort. The aluminum struts are black hard anodized for strength and beauty—giving your vehicle a little German style. If available for your vehicle, the H&R premium coil overs have the best ride quality, while increasing control and reducing body roll.

TWIN TUBE
A budget alternative to the above Monotube range,these are similar in design and performance but employ twin tune dampers.

NOTE: All H & R coilovers have preset damping rates built in, with adjustable ride height. Adjsutable damper settings are not offered as it this would upset he fine balance achieved after hunderds of hours of research and testing by H & R engineers and drivers.

 

 

For those that want more than just lowering springs Cup Kits are an ideal solution for aggressive looks and impressive handling at an affordable price. H&R's Cup Kits are specially engineered from the ground up with custom-designed springs and shocks that are developed together to work in perfect harmony.

Unlike competitors spring and shock kits, H&R Cup Kits are not merely a "matched" spring and shock package, but rather a specially engineered "solution" with springs and shocks being engineered individually in every application. This takes the guess work out of your spring and shock selection, and provides you with an application specific, precisely calibrated spring and shock set designed to deliver improved handling, uncompromised ride comfort and sleek styling in one precision engineered package.

The Cup-Kit Sport Shocks feature 30 - 60 mm rebound and shortened damper tube partially to guarantee sufficient spring pretension and bump travel.

Cup Kit applications will lower the vehicle's ride height by more than 50mm. As such, a camber adjusting device such as H&R's 'Triple C' Camber Adjustment Bolts are recommended.

Every spring produced by H&R comes from the H&R ISO 9001 certified engineering and manufacturing facility in Germany. All H&R springs are produced from a special 54SiCr6 spring steel, which has strength rated at 290,000 psi resulting in unrivaled tensile strength and resiliency.

Each spring is then sent through the H&R exclusive “SuperBlok™” system, which cycles each spring to ensure that sagging will never occur.
Combining high-quality materials with advanced designed tools and techniques makes the final H&R product lighter and more durable than other automotive coil springs.

At H&R product design and development is of the highest importance. All H&R springs are “cold” wound on specially designed CNC machinery and then time-tempered to re-align the molecular structure of the steel to ensure quality and durability.

All springs are shot-peened to increase the service life of each spring by more than 200%. Each spring is then sent through the H&R exclusive “SuperBlok™” system, which cycles each spring to ensure that sagging will never occur. Lastly, the H&R special powder coating process coats each spring with a flexible and durable finish that is highly resistant to corrosion, chips, and scratches. At H&R we care about quality – the whole production process, from start to finish, is done in-house to ensure the most consistent, highest quality product possible.

 

 

 

 

KW lowering springs :
Suitable for reducing the height of the vehicle by up to 60 mm. In addition to the improved looks, the lowered centre of gravity contributes to increased agility and driving pleasure. Lowering springs up to -40 mm can be used with standard shock absorbers. In general, however, the use of sports shock absorbers is recommended, and is a compulsory requirement for any further lowering.

KW sport shock absorbers :
Produced in cooperation with the major series manufacturer AL-KO, and meet all the requirements of a modern, high-performance shock absorber system. All KW sports shock absorbers are developed and tuned specifically for their intended use. KW engineers use all the knowledge they have gained from suspension development and motorsport in order to find the perfect tuning in extensive road testing.

KW complete suspension kits :
Consists of high-quality lowering springs and specially matched sports shock absorbers, which have a shortened stroke and are adapted to suit the new conditions. The aim of the extensive raod tests is to achieve optimum interaction between the shock absorber/spring unit and to enable significant improvements in handling and road-holding. The sporty, hardmonised tuning delivers excellent road-holding and safety, without the uncompressing loss of residual comfort.
