Description
Axxis brake pads offer a true improvement in braking force and fade resistance, over OEM and many other aftermarket pads. All at much less cost than you may imagne.

They are available in two formats, low dust Delux and hi performance Ultimate ranges, to fit OEM as well as Big Brake it calipers. .

AXXIS ULTIMATE PADS.The AXXIS Ultimate is the newest high performance street pad to be introduced into the market from Bendix Mintex in Australia. Building on years of success with their world class Metal Master pads, Bendix Mintex formulated the Ultimate pad compound to compete with the best performance street pads in the world.
The AXXIS Ultimate pads feature a special Kevlar® and ceramic strengthened formula with a high co-efficient of friction and very high temperature fade resistance. As with all AXXIS pads, the Ultimate pad is a non-asbestos formula.

Designed for extreme high performance street driving and hard braking applications, Ultimate pad users will benefit with extreme stopping power and high resistance to brake fade at high temperatures. Consistent throughout it’s operating temperature range, you’ll get dependable, predictable stops time after time.

After extensive testing of many different pad compounds, StopTech has chosen the AXXIS Ultimate as their standard pad to be included with their big brake kits. Aggressively driven over and over at their test facility, the AXXIS Ultimate pad has a Maximum Operating Temperature (MOT) of 500 C degrees (932 F deg), and has minimal co-efficient of friction loss throughout it’s entire operating temperature range. We found the Ultimate pad poses a combination of cold stopping performance and high temperature fade resistance, as well as the anti-squeal shims, wear sensors where applicable and the excellent overall finish of a world class quality pad, at a price that makes it an exceptional value.

AXXIS DELUX PADS
Axxis Deluxe Plus brake pads provide consistent smooth braking performance. They are formulated with the latest organic materials and provide incredibly long life and extreme resistance to heat. They also reduce brake dust and squeal and work up to 716°F.

The Deluxe Plus compound is an outstanding choice for those looking to improve performance over OE pads, but who insist on very low levels of dust and virtually no noise. The pad has a very linear torque output throughout its operating range, is very easy on rotors, and exhibits great pad life. Very low dust, low noise, low rotor wear. Street Only. Not for track use.

PAGID RS4-2 (Blue)
RS4-2 is a very user-friendly compound with excellent modulation and feel. With its optimum blend of performance characteristics RS4-2 is widely used across many forms of motorsport from single seaters (Formula 3), through sports car racing (Britcar), to Group N rallying on gravel and wet tarmac surfaces.

PAGID BLUE IS THE CA AUTOMOTIVE PAD OF CHOICE FOR FAST ROAD AND LIGHT TRACK DAY USE!!

PAGID RS 4-4
It offers slightly less initial bite and low temperature response than RS4-2, but with the same high levels of controllability.
The wear rate of RS4-4 is very similar to RS4-2, but is slightly better in terms of wear at higher temperatures. Disc wear as with all other PAGID materials is exceptional and thermal stressing and tension cracks of the disc surface are greatly reduced.
RS4-4 also has extended operating temperature limits, increasing fade resistance, and allowing braking deeper into the corner without wheel lock and fading issues.

PAGID RS 14
RS14 is also used as an OEM material and supplied as an up-graded track day pad by Lotus Motorsport department. It has been shown to exhibit the most suitable level of braking force, control and modulation on popular track day cars such as Lotus Elise and Caterham. Offering consistent levels of performance and a much longer life than more inferior competitors products, without excessive disc wear while offering the driver supreme confidence.

PAGID RS 15
RS15 combines the benefits of RS14with approximately a 20% increase in average friction and torque, with even greater bite and braking ability. The increase in bite is often very useful on cars without servo assistance for instance that are known to require high pedal forces to brake the car efficiently.
RS15 also offers a very high level of cold bite, something that is uncommon with high friction level compounds. This can be beneficial in situations where adequate warm up periods are not possible, so this can be an advantage if you can utilize a higher friction level at a lower temperature range, an advantage at the start of a rally stage for instance.

PAGID RS-19
Although RS19 is quoted as being at the same average friction level as RS29, the initial bite is smoother, and if disc temperature is controlled will generally exhibit slightly lower pad and disc wear than RS29, a slight trade off for the increase in initial bite.
As RS19 is produced in fewer pad shapes, please contact us to enquire if the pad shape you need is available in RS19 before you decide on what compound to go for.
This compound provides very good levels of performance and response at all temperatures, only slight temperature inputs are required to bring the pad up to its optimum performance level. RS19 has gained an enviable reputation at the world’s most grueling endurance racing events, such as Le-Mans, Daytona 24 hours, Nurburgring 24 hours, Spa and Silverstone 24 hour races. RS19 is a multiple winner at all these events.

PAGID RS-29
RS29 is a recent development from the bases of RS19, with a very similar friction coefficient to RS19 with improvements in initial bite offering quicker response and slightly more temperature stable at the upper levels of the temperature range. Developments in raw material selection and compounding have resulted in improvements also in pedal feel and feedback, helping with modulation particularly on lighter applications.
This material provides very good levels of performance and response at all temperature levels, only slight temperature inputs are required to bring the pad up to its optimum performance level. Another favorite with endurance racers having won many classes at all major endurance events, such as Le-Mans, Daytona, Spa, Nurburgring, etc. Due to the exceptional pad life and very low wear on brake discs it has been possible to run 24 hours with out a change of pads or discs. Able to withstand slightly higher disc temperatures than RS19, this has proved more suitable for applications running very high disc temperatures.

BHP XPS
XPS is a new compound from Brake Horsepower. XPS is unique, in that it is the only friction compound currently available that can truly be used for daily driving, as well as for light- to medium-duty track use. It has excellent friction characteristics, from dead cold in the morning all the way to its maximum operating temperature around 1,130° Fahrenheit (200° higher than Axxis ULT). All XPS pads come with a heat-resistant composite shim designed to reduce noise as much as possible. Although this pad can produce minor noise under some conditions, it is very quiet for a pad with such a high average level of friction, and such a broad operating temperature range. For cars that are running street tires at the track, XPS is an ideal choice for drivers who would rather not switch to race pads for track use.

AXXIS DELUXE ADVANCED STREET PADS
Axxis Deluxe Advanced street pads (formerly called Deluxe Plus) are ideal if you are looking for a low dust pad that is quiet and rotor friendly, yet has enough fade resistance for performance cars. These ceramic-enhanced organic pads work well up to 716 °F, similar to OEM pads. Stop washing brake dust off your wheels every few days! These are by far our most popular street pads.

AXXIS ULT STREET PADS
Axxis ULT street pads pads (formerly called Axxis Ultimate) use a Kevlar® and ceramic formula for enhanced performance. They produce maximum friction when cold, yet have tremendous fade resistance up to 932 °F. The coefficient of friction is high enough to produce a noticeable reduction in pedal effort. Fine for autocross or your first track event, assuming street tires and a low horsepower car. This is Zeckhausen Racing's favorite high performance street pad.

HAWK HPS HIGH PERFORMANCE STREET PADS
Hawk HPS high performance street pads have low dust, low noise, and low rotor wear. Slightly higher in friction level than Hawk Ceramic pads with a similar MOT of around 750°F. Not recommended for track use, as their friction level falls off rapidly when the MOT is exceeded.

HAWK PERFORMANCE CERAMIC STREET PADS
Hawk Performance Ceramic street pads have extremely low dust, low noise, and low rotor wear. These represent the latest technology in street friction. Not for track use.

HAWK HP PLUS HIGH PERFORMANCE STREET PADS
Hawk HP PLUS high performance street pads have moderate dust, moderate rotor wear, very high initial bite and similar MOT to Hawk HPS of around 750°F. They tend to be noisy, sometimes squealing under light braking, although proper bedding can help. Ideal for autocross. Not recommended for track use, as their friction level falls off rapidly when MOT is exceeded, just like the Hawk HPS.

HAWK HT-10 RACE PADS
Hawk HT-10 Race pads have good modulation and release characteristics, making them ideal for the "weekend warrior." Moderate rotor wear, moderate dust, a stable torque curve, above average bite, and a MOT of 1,400°F. Recommended for the front of front-engine cars for casual track use, as well as for the rear of club race and professional race cars.

HAWK DTC-60
Hawk DTC-60 is a member of the "Dynamic Torque Control" race pad family with similar characteristics to DTC-70, but less initial bite, slightly lower friction and an optimal temperature range starting 100 degrees F lower. An ideal rear pad, when used with DTC-70 in front, for racers who prefer split friction levels. May be used in front on lower horsepower cars or on cold days when DTC-70 can't be heated sufficiently. Relatively low rotor and pad wear.

HAWK BLUE 9012 RACE PADS
Hawk Blue 9012 Race pads have a stable torque curve, good bite, and a MOT of 1,050°F. Low to moderate rotor wear when warm, but extremely high rotor wear when cold. Works well for track use in the front of lower horsepower, front-engine cars with less experienced drivers. Advanced drivers can overheat this pad on medium to heavy cars. We primarily use this pad as a "tool" to remove pad deposits from rotors.

HAWK DTC-70
Hawk DTC-70 is the most serious member of the "Dynamic Torque Control" race pad family, with an average level of friction among the highest available and an incredibly linear pressure to torque relationship. The result gives the driver an unparalleled ability to modulate brake torque at the limit of tire adhesion, while keeping pedal effort low. Relatively low rotor and pad wear for such an aggressive pad.

PFC 06 RACE PADS
PFC 06 Race pads have high average torque output, rising over its operating temperature range, and a MOT of 2000°F. Excellent bite, exceptionally low rotor wear, and better than average pad wear. May be used for endurance racing, like PFC97, but with significantly higher bite. OK for use in both front and rear calipers.

PFC 01 RACE PADS
PFC 01 Race pads have very high average torque output, rising over its operating temperature range, and a MOT of 2000°F. Excellent bite, low rotor wear, and average pad wear. Novice drivers may find this pad challenging to modulate. Pad of choice for top race teams and our favorite due to overwhelming positive feedback and few complaints of judder. Frequently used in the front of front engine cars with PFC 97 in the rear.

PFC 97 RACE PADS
PFC 97 Race pads have medium to high average torque output, a very flat torque output over its operating temperature range and a MOT of 2000°F. Exceptionally low pad and rotor wear and excellent modulation and release characteristics. Popular for the front of front engine cars driven at lapping and open track days. Often used on the rear of club and pro-level race cars with PFC 01 in front.

POSIQUIET SEMI-METALLIC PADS
Centric Posi Quiet Semi-Metallic pads offer a high friction level across a wide temperature range. Very low dust, low noise w/OE designed composite shims to reduce pad vibration and squeal. Easy on rotors. Better performance than typical low-dust pads. Give up the dust without giving up the performance.

POSIQUIET CERAMIC PADS
Centric Posi Quiet Ceramic pads offer extremely long pad life and are Centric's lowest dust pads, keeping your wheels cleaner longer than almost any other pad. Quiet and rotor friendly. Excellent friction level for improved pedal feel.

POSIQUIET EXTENDED WEAR PADS
Centric Posi Quiet Extended Wear pads offer a stable friction level across a wide temperature range. Low dust, long pad & rotor life, low noise, w/OE designed shims to reduce pad vibration and squeal. Not a track pad.
