Manufactured using premium disc blanks mentioned above, the narrower multi slot design of the Ultimax sport rotor and the progressive angle at which the slots are machined creates a quiet running sport rotor that still has benefits of removing gas, dirt, water and debris and MAINTAINING parallel pad wear. EBC have always been honest enough to say that the biggest advantage of slotted rotors is the fact that they promote flat and parallel pad wear rather than allowing ridges to develop on pads and rotors which is typical of "drilled only" sport rotors. By preventing these ridges brakes stay more consistent throughout pad and rotor wear life (simple physics!).
3. EBC TGD Sport Rotors
Slotted and drilled brake rotors for cooler brakes.
Manufactured using premium disc blanks mentioned above, the unique wide aperture slots in the EBC sport rotor actually draw cool air under the pad during heavy braking and reduce brake temperatures whilst also helping remove dirt, dust and debris and gasses created by heavy braking from the pad contact area. They also improve braking in off road conditions of wet, mud or sand and as such are a great choice for 4x4 vehicles. Blind drilled holes eliminate the chance of rotor cracking which is common with “through drilled” or completely drilled vent holes.
EBC Turbo Groove and Spotty Discs are directional “LEFT and RIGHT” which is nearside and offside of your vehicle. The spotted pattern and the sweeping grooves should be pointing to the rear of the vehicle.

GOODRIDGE GOODRIDGE BRAIDED STEEL BRAKE LINES
Description
Most vehicles are fitted with reinforced rubber brake lines, which are fine as far as they go but wil flex or "baloon" under heavy braking, more so as they age. When this happens the fluid pressure applied to your brake calipers decreases, by varying amounts depending on the circumstances.
Goodridge brake lines steel use a flexible neoprene inner tube to maintain flexibilty, however this inner tubing is then sheathed in a special woven steel material that mantains flexibilty but keeps it's diameter constant, preventing any "balooning" no matter what the pedal pressure.
By fitting braided steel lines such as these, all the fluid pressure when braking is now applied directly to the caliper pistons, resulting in better braking and more pedal "feel".

Stage 2 Kits contain:

-Axxis Ultimate street performance pads
-3 bottles of Motul RBF600 brake fluid.
-Rotors, lines and pads are for both front and rear. Components can also be purchased separately. FITS STOCK CALIPERS.
Benefits:
Slotted or drilled rotors prevent glazing of the pads, add bite and improve wet and dry braking performance. StopTech's SportStop rotors have a durable black coating on the non-swept areas of the rotor to prevent unsightly corrosion, and quality is assured as the rotors are manufactured to meet or exceed all OE specifications. Stainless steel brake lines improve pedal feel and reduce the amount of time between applied pedal pressure and actual deceleration by preventing expansion, which stock rubber flex lines allow. High performance street pads provide you with higher resistance to fade, higher maximum operating temperature, and better initial bite to allow consistent deep braking into corners. Motul RBF600 brake fluid increases both wet and dry boiling points and prevents boiling even under the most severe operating conditions. Good for street and autocross. Not for extended track sessions.
For extended track sessions, or if you are running out of heat capacity with your current stock sized upgrade and/or having to replace pads and rotors often, you may want to consider investing in the added heat capacity that a Big Brake Kit offers.
