Description
DDM, THE BRIGHTEST HID SYSTEMS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. This is the CA HID system of choice.
DETAILS
This is the brightest HID system currently on the market at 50 watts (all other kits available are 35 watts). These systems are built to the same exacting standards as our Target Ultravision 35 Watt Ultravision 35watt HID systems, however they use the very latest generation of 50Watt Digital ballasts which are smaller and even more reliable than the normal electronic ballasts of other kits.
They come complete with resistor/capacitor modules as required to cancel any on - board bulb failure warning lights, if applicable ( these warning lights only appear due to the different resistance value of the HID kits versus normal halogen bulbs). All components are fully EM shielded to prevent any interference with other existing vehicle electronic systems.
Consequently these kits emit an incredible 20 -25% more light than other kits, at around 4000 lumens!
APPLICATIONS/ FITMENTS
These kits are available to fit any car for bulb types H1, H3, H7, H4 single beam, H8, H9,H11, HB3(9005) and HB4(9006). For H4 dual beam applications please refer to Variations Section by clicking the red link button at top right of this section. These kits can be used on dipped AND high beams.

HID TECHNICAL INFORMATION
KELVIN RATINGS
These kits are available as standard in 5000 Kelvin bulb colour ratings, other ratings available on request.
Don't be misled or misinformed by other HID brands' claims on Kelvin ratings . To set the record straight on Kelvin ratings as applied to HID :
-Kelvin is a measure of colour temperature and NOT lighting power or output .
-It is generally accepted that the best Kelvin rating for optimal human night vision is between 3800 and 5500 K
-All our 35 W HID kits run at 4500 K, and our 50W Racing kits are available at 4000 to 5500 K
-Anything over 5750 K and human vision and depth perception is significantly reduced
-Anything over 6000 K and the actual lighting output/power reduces exponentially
-Many companies claim to offer 8000- 12000 K Bulbs ...if this were true the light emitted would be DARK BLUE TO EVEN DARKER PURPLE !!
BULB FAILURE WARNINGS / CHECK CONTROL ISSUES
Where required, our kits are supplied with dedicated capaciotors or resistors that prevent any dash warning lights, excessive fickering on start up or any other such issues associated with lesser HID systems.

-We are also one of few manufacturers to offer DUAL BEAM H4 fitment (i.e. Xenon lighting for both high and low beams).Most H4 HID kits only offer single beam , which are NOT ROAD LEGAL .

Description
The new robust Night-Hawk 35w HID torches are the latest development in the HID lighting industry, with 3500Lm it's the worlds second brightest HID flashlight available today. Made with extreme precision the outershell is made from an anti-corrosive extruded Aluminium a very lightweight, waterproof and durable material. It utilises a new generation in electronic ballasts that includes a high powered 35w 6k HID Xenon bulb for an exteremly bright white beam of light that is close to that of daylight. Also included is a quality rechargable 4400mah lithium battery with 3 built in LEDs for emergency back-up, this powerful battery has a run time of approx 1.5hrs on continous use and has over 500 re-charging cycles. The Night-Hawk is also supplied with a UK mains plug and charger (can be used universally, Europe etc..), 12v in-car charger, amber filter (for foggy conditions), instructions, shoulder strap and aluminumium carry case.

OVERVIEW OF HID XENON
Most of you are aware of the general principles and advantages of HID ( High Intensity Discharge) xenon lighting systems; once you have driven with xenon HID you will never go back to normal "dim dirty yellow " halogen headlamps.
The main advantages with our systems are :
-300% brighter than the average equivalent 60 watt halogen lighting
-Draws only 35watts form the car's charging system compared to 55 / 60 watts for halogen systems
-Simple to install , plug and play wiring harness
-Waterproof connections for external uses
-Fully elctromagnetically shielded , no interference with on board electronics etc, unlike cheaper HID systems
-Suitable for use on dipped AND high beam applications , unlike any other systems on the market
Whilst you may see some of our outer casings used on "other" kits , rest assured the internal circuitry , EM shielding and electronics ( mostly of Panasonic origin ) are of our own PATENTED design , and UNIQUE to these systems.
BULB DESIGN
Our HID capsule bases are specially designed so they are precisely matched to the industry standard specs for all Halogen lighting systems (H7, H4, H1, HB3, H3 HB4 etc) rather than adapting the standard D2-S and D2-R bulbs which were only ever designed for use in factory fitted car Xenon systems ,and which would entail extensive modification to the headlamp housing.These modifications would cause irreversible damage to the headlamp housing and almost definitely result in a blurred / incorrect beam pattern.
Ultravision systems require none of the "beam correction" that many other inferior kits require. All components are made in Japan to our own highly strict specifications unlike others. Being of such high standard, ULTRAVISION has already acquired a patent in Europe, the United States and Japan. Don't buy a copy, it could cost more in the long run and will be far less effective than the genuine item.
