CUSTOM INTELLIGENT MAPPING

CIM allows us to carefully fully programable the following:

• Engine ECU
• Gearbox ECU
• Traction control ECU
• Launch control
• Paddle shift
• Variable valve timing tuning
• Throttle body tuning
• Vario cam tuning

• SMG and DCT and DSG shift tuning
• Lambda and Knock adaption and tuning

This cant be done using the following tools which are just read/write flash tools
CMD,OPTICAN,BYTESHOOTER,GALETTO,MICKY MOUSE FLASHERS,

When other tuners remap a vehicle they are only re-flashing the ECU with what we
Call a file generated from the same car which can be repeated. This process only
Yakes 20-40 minutes however CIM is a little unique to this, Not only the latest software

Gearbox tuning

e are able to remap the ECU on most manual transmission equipped models to provide a true flat - shift gear change feature

This allows you to execute the fastest gear change physically possible by keeping your right foot fully depressed on the throttle pedal whilst you push and almost immediately release the clutch pedal as fast as possible / desired, whilst changing gear, all in one fluid movement. The throttle pedal stays fully depressed during this entire sequence, so the engine is disconnected from the drive train for far less time than a normal gear change, thereby increasing acceleration times without increasing engine power.

Normally the above actions would lead to an unstable, "jerky" gear change and accelerated wear on the clutch and driveline; however by clever control of the car's ignition and other systems during the fraction of a second it takes to change gear by flat - shifting, gear changing is smooth as normal with no extra wear and tear whatsoever on the driveline/ gearbox.

Launch Control For Manual Transmission Models 

Similar in principle to the renowned Race logic system feature, allowing you to execute quicker standing starts, but controlled exclusively through the factory ECU without need for any other electronics or sensors.

With Launch Control you apply full throttle with the clutch depressed, but the engine holds at a pre set optimum rev point ( for example 4800 rpm on an E46 M3); you can then side step the clutch pedal as fast as you desire and the new programme will then feed power to the back wheels progressively so as to keep wheel spin at below 10%, generally considered to the optimum for the fastest possible take off.

Auto Sport Mode 

For M car owners with "Sport" mode buttons, we can reprogram the system so as to reverse the activation sequence....in other words the Sport feature is always "On" from the time you start the car until you decide to press the button and switch it off.

Traction control Tuning

We can change/ reprogram write new software upon customer request,

We do not advertise this due to safety and recommend this should only be used for track use.

We would love to give more information on CIM but it would upset a lot of manufactures and our competition.
