If there is a concern or a problem with product(s) or work(s) carried out, Customer MUST return vehicle to A-L tuning for investigation. Car/Customer must not use a third party advice/garage as this will invalid any warranties on parts and labour for that job.
This includes sub-contracted work as well. Customers may be asked to run in the vehicle and bring it back to us for an inspection to ensure every thing is in good working order. Failure to do this will invalid any warranties on parts and labour for that job. This includes sub-contracted work as well.
Mail Order & Credit Card Transactions
Mail order items purchased on a credit card can normally only be delivered
to the cardholding/billing address.
We reserve the right to refuse suspect credit card payments and to carry out
additional security checks including
address verification, bank referrals , date of birth, occupation etc.
All orders will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of your order if in
stock, or of our receiving the goods if they are not in stock at time of
order.
Most items will be sent by traceable courier and must be signed for. A
signature to our courier will be deemed as goods received in safe condition.
Please note that due to high administration charges some credit card
transactions may incur a 3% levy.
Lighting Products
When purchasing HID Kits the purchaser must carry out pre-testing prior to
installation onto the car as per supplied instructions and any faults
reported within seven days of delivery date.
Any claims arising from incorrect or unprofessional fitting will be referred
to the manufacturer and warranty dealt with on their terms.
Warranty claims will be void if it is evident the specified initial testing
procedure has not been carried out.
Any spare parts sent out to replace suspected defective HID parts must
either be done on a direct exchange basis, otherwise any replacement parts
required must first be paid for before sending out, when the suspected
defective part is returned to us then we will refund the purchase price of
the replacement part previously sent out ( subject to inspection of the
returned part).
We do NOT pay for any labours carried out by third party installers under
any circumstances.
Installation / labour compensation issue will only be considered if the kit
was fitted by us.
Bulbs (all types) are sold with NO warranty, due to their very nature.
A-L Tuning bench tests all HID and angel eye kits immediately prior to
dispatch, therefore any replacement parts will be charged for as outlined
above.

Servicing
Our servicing prices may change time to time without notification, The
parts, oils and fluids used will be either OEM quality or up-rated. Unless
asked for Genuine Stamped dealer parts on request. We supply both, but the
customer must specify at the time of the booking.
Prices may vary depending on requests and inflation. Service items reported
in an visual free health check may be divided in urgent and advice only
items. A copy of the job card and health check report may be asked by the
customer on collection of an vehicle.
Road-testing and Dyno-Testing
Please make sure sufficient fuel is in the vehicle when dyno testing or any
type of road testing is carried out. We may refuse to test your car if it is
dangerous or illegal in our opinion to be used on a public road. We may

Workshop acceptance form.
We will ask you to fill out a workshop acceptance form prior to the car
being worked on.
Courtesy cars
Use of cars and the terms and conditions will be explained at the time of
the booking.

required to drive a courtesy car.
