Mercedes Benz Engine A-L Tuning use only the most proven and prestigious products in the world such as Heron, Koch, Hamann, Carlsson and Brabus. Live mapping services are available which are specifically designed to meet your individual requirements and we are able to apply two different maps for your engine on certain designated models. In addition to this, AL Tuning are also proud to offer bespoke racing CATS and exhaust systems whilst still being able to present products from proven brands such as Hamann, Carlsson and Brabus. Our carbon fibre air boxes are of the highest quality available and we offer 2 years parts warranty and 3 year unlimited mileage warranty on our mapping services. When we individually map your Mercedes or AMG we only work with products from the best tuners in the world. Our live mapping services are bespoke and can take up to 2 days due to factors such as climate and power testing and to ensure that your engine is running at its optimum. Our maps are not cheap franchised mapping services that you find most places but are Live are Live products specifically designed for your individual engine. We have no interest in supplying inferior files that, in some circumstances may actually result in power loss, leave an engine running to rich or pinking. We also offer supercharger tuning and updated chargers and updated supercharger pulleys for all AMG models. Most of our testing is now carried out at Bruntingthorpe proving ground and aerodrome where all our maps are tested over and over again to make sure not only the map is successful but reliable and safe. All forced induction conversions are mapped here by our own technicians and in some cases we will have our maps tested at Bruntingthorpe by world successful programmers like for e.g. Helmet Koch. We also warranty our conversions for 3 years and have a safety programme just in case service updates are loaded into your car you will lose your map; we will reprogram it back free of charge. We can also provide on certain models. A separate ECU discreetly fitted where if the car goes into a dealer for a service update your Map and ECU will be safe. This we believe is the way of the future in most cases. We are also UK Exclusive dealers of Koch software best of the best as proven in Europe. Please note that live mapping can only be carried out on a Track where you need to reach top end speeds. This is the only way you can live map vehicles. We believe they are only a few companies who have the tools the knowledge and the experience to carry out such a task. You cannot live map a car on a rolling road or on public roads. All our mapping will not affect your fuel economy as they do with other cheap maps. Our maps are independently tested by engineers who are responsible for mapping for Bugatti, Mclaren, AMG and who have no part in the initial engineering of our maps. We can map all any turbocharged or supercharged vehicle with or without nitrous at Bruntingthorpe. At affordable prices and run a no result no fee policy. We also know no other company we know can offer this promise! Suspension Suspension is the corner stone of a well balanced vehicle that is able to perform at its optimum. To this end, we only use the best products from Brabus, Carlsson and Bilstein. In addition to conventional products, Brabus and Carlsson modules are available for fitment to Mercedes-Benz models that come with air suspension and enable you to tailor the ride height to your requirements and also improve the handling and body control of these vehicles. All products are installed depending on specific requirements, and in many cases are fully adjustable in setup to meet specific requirements. Brakes A-L Tuning’s preferred system for Mercedes-Benz vehicles is Brabus. These components have been developed to the highest quality and to meet the needs of even the most demanding driver. These systems have been proven to slow down these vehicles from over 200 Mph to 0 in the shortest distance possible. (As proven with the Brabus Rocket) These systems will only be fitted approved technicians come with full warranty. Body kits We have a range of products available from the likes of Carlson and Brabus but products are also available from Hamann. Wheels A wide range of alloy wheel fitments are available from brands such as Asanti, Hamann, Carlsson, Brabus and DaVinci as well as many others.
